In the area of rim painting of CMS rim factory, we used a high-pressure humidification system inside the air handling unit, which climates the environment in order to keep the paint on the product perfectly. We have achieved energy and water savings by working with the system proportional control, aiming to increase and decrease the humidification capacity when needed.

The ISKO Denim factory, owned by Sanko Holding, located in Bursa-İnegöl, was looking for a certain moisture content in the production area so that the cotton yarn could be processed without breaking. The air handling unit that acclimatized this environment had a flow rate of 125,000 m³ / h due to the size of the area. We solved the humidification process in these plants with our high pressure systems.

We used our ultrasonic humidifier in cold storages in Silifke Mersin. The aim here was to reduce the wastage on the apples due to the condensation of the humidity in the warehouse while the cold storage device was operating. With the ultrasonic humidification device, we reduced the waste rate in the stored apple by maintaining the moisture balance in the warehouse and extended the product storage life.

Industrial Evaporative Cooler
Temperatures reached up to 40°C in the production area where employees were located at the factory in Diyarbakır. In order to reduce the temperatures, evaporative cooling systems operating with high efficiency in dry and hot climates were preferred. Fresh air was supplied inside, and the ambient air was humidified and cooled. We have provided a solution with our least energy consuming device to cool large volumes.
